Beauty Body Balance (BBB) is a healthclub for women. BBB offers you exercise in a heated cabin and coaching for nutrition and movement. We believe that making conscious choices, acquiring healthy eating habits and sufficient movement are the keys to a beautiful and healthy body.
BBB is a healthclub for all women: for all kinds, all sizes and all ages. For every woman the goal is the same: being happy with your body and feeling great in a healthy body. BBB is the alternative for the fitness club for women who wish to lose weight, slim, recuperate or exercise in friendly, quiet surroundings.
BBB works with professional coaches and experts, including psychologists, physiotherapists, weight consultants, sports instructors and dieticians. BBB offers tailor-made nutrition and movement programmes.

Method
At BBB you start with a figure analysis (among other things a measurement of 13 different places of the body) in which your goals and wishes are central. Next, customised programmes for nutrition and movement are drawn up. The results are carefully kept by measuring and weighing regularly.
BBB makes use of the scientifically tested Thermo Physical Method, implying among other things that the exercises are done in heated cabins. Due to the heat a process arises within the body, accelerating the combustion of fat cells. Since all movement programmes are customised you only train those parts of your body that you want to be slimmer.
Apart from movement a lasting change of eating habits is crucial for securing and keeping a more beautiful figure. For that reason BBB also provides tailor-made nutritional advice.
